RAISING FLUFFY is a story of a married couple that commit everything to a project they believe in: building art for the difficult to fathom art party known as Burning Man. Kirk, an aerospace engineer, gives up a job of pressure for one of creativity. He is commissioned to build a 150x scale replica of an emperor scorpion--complete with hydraulic arms, legs and tail, pinchers that pinch, and fire jets that shoot flames 20 feet out of the tip of the tail. All in 7 months.
